Hot Tapping / Cold Tapping

The Hot Tapping / Cold Tapping method uses an under-pressure drilling machine to branch off a new pipeline or insert a new valve from the existing main pipe without affecting the pressurised operating system.

PERFORMANCES

Hot tapping / Cold tapping pipeline services are also the first procedure in mechanical and inflatable pipeline stops via a coring process on existing operating pipeline without any interruptions to the flow of medium and system.
Cold tap is used for systems that carry flammable medium and with inert gas to prevent combustion.

ADVANTAGES

A cost-effective technique is achieved through a pipe coring process on the active pipeline, ensuring continuous flow of the medium without disrupting the operational system or causing downstream interruptions.
